LaGuardia Audition Information Eligibility Requirements Students must meet all three of the following criterion to participate in the Summer Audition for Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts: 1. Student entered 8th grade (or 9th grade for the first time) in September 2011 AND 2. Student became a New York City resident after November 1, 2011 AND 3. Student did not participate in the Fall 2011 LaGuardia Auditions Registration will be conducted at each Borough Enrollment Office between July 9 (no earlier) and August 22. Students must physically be present in order to register for the Summer Audition. Families are also required to bring the following documents: * Proof of residence – * Proof that child moved to New York City after November 1, 2011 * Child’s birth certificate or passport * Child’s immunization records * Child's final June 2012 report card Tickets will be issued for the Summer Audition upon successful registration. Students will need to bring these tickets with them to the audition
