About The Meeting:
The world turns green, spring fever erupts, and human beings search for intimacy. Including the ones who are distracted, disorganized, disinhibited ... or more than a little restless.
Do they seek others like them, for a wild ride (that's often a short one)? Or do they look for those who are NOT like them? And who bring a stability that they can't seem to provide themselves?
Hear social worker Stephanie Manes describe what makes these couplings tick ... or not tick. She'll speak on Thursday, April 12 -- from 6:45pm to 8:45pm -- at West End Collegiate Church.
About Our Support Group:
Founded in 1992, the Manhattan Adult Attention Deficit Disorder Support Group offers walk-in, peer-run support sessions for adults with ADD and ADHD.
In addition, it sponsors workshops led by experts in ADD/ADHD and other aspects of mental health.
