The PS 133 community manages to make the dreary interior of a century-old building feel cozy and vibrant. The small school is led by a very ambitious and widely respected leader, who has encouraged the staff to apply for grants, volunteers, and programs to supplement the faculty’s efforts and the Department of Education budget.
