Bronx International High School, part of a network of schools for new immigrants, gives students who are not proficient in English a solid education with small classes, fun electives, and talented teachers. Students are focused, polite and on task. Students seem to be grateful for the opportunity to obtain the "American Dream." Their parents also seem appreciative and just. . .
