MS/HS 141, David A. Stein Riverdale/Kingsbridge Academy, located in the secluded, clean, and safe Riverdale section of the Bronx, feels like a suburban school. The neighborhood dentist and local Little League advertise in the school newsletter, students take social trips to the ice-skating rink, students can choose from a host of advanced placement courses, and an active Parent Association raises money for the school band. On the downside, despite the cozy atmosphere, we found that some classrooms were disorganized and downright dirty.
