P.S. 10's website proclaims it "the best kept secret in Park Slope," but rising enrollment and increasing popularity means it's no longer much of a secret. It has become a top choice for parents from Sunset Park, the South Slope, Windsor Terrace, and beyond. Monthly open houses draw more than 100 families.  The administration is welcoming and the building is barrier-free for students with limited mobility. School leaders have made a significant commitment to children with special needs, including a fully accessible playground. In 2008-09 the school welcomed a new district Gifted and Talented program, which draws rave reviews from parents.
