SEPTEMBER 2007 UPDATE: Frances Ruiz, the principal at the time of our visit, is no longer at PS 154; she led the school for only one year. The interim acting principal is Sam Ortiz, who was an assistant principal in the 2006-2007 school year, his first at the school.
