SEPTEMBER 2007 UPDATE: Frances Ruiz, the principal at the time of our visit, is no longer at PS 154; she led the school for only one year. The interim acting principal is Sam Ortiz, who was an assistant principal in the 2006-2007 school year, his first at the school. |

"Overall 154 has been a positive experience. The kids have science, art, music and even chess. The teachers are caring, involved and the atmosphere is welcoming. It feels very community minded.... read more |
