According to the Department of Education, the Family School and the Sheridan Academy for Young Leaders will open in September 2009 to replace PS 90, which will begin to phase out in June 2009. The Family School and the Sheridan School will start out with grades K-2 and grow to serve grades K-5 at full capacity.
