		<description>What I don't understand is why the DOE would foot the bill for this when so many corporate supporters seem perfectly happy to do so (many corporations like the idea that their $s foster "leadership," and folks at the DOE seem to be big fans of public/private partnership).  Why would they volunteer to pay for this when corporations are eager to foot the bill?</description>
