		<description>Great for Manhattan, bad for the Bronx.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;There are so many programs and opportunities for the kids in Manhattan, yet in the outer boroughs, especially the Bronx, the choices are dismal, the glorious philantropic packages are non-existent, and the kids are suffering. The Bronx needs its own Charles Rangel.</description>
