I have proof of residency to send my children to a county school in Mississippi. I received a letter this week from the school district office stating that I will no longer be able to send my children to this county school and to make other arrangements. I have a utility bill and a rental agreement stating my residency. Can the district MAKE me send my children to another school if I have these two proofs of residency?
