		<description>Our school's principal was not named, but he is the one who was just reassigned due to investigations about his own behavior and the resulting community outcry. He was a graduate of this Leadership Academy and he was not prepared for the task at hand. He failed our students, his staff, the parents ... but he did, in large part, appear a success in the eyes of the DOE.</description>

		<description>I noticed that the main source of evaluation for these principals were the school report cards, which are based largely on test score improvements. While I don't doubt that having experience working in schools is crucial to being a good principal, it seems that a conclusion like this article makes should be drawn using a lot more data than school report cards, which are very limited in scope.</description>
