		<description>What do you mean, "how did it get to this point?" The economy has been VERY tough on many excellent non-profits and even newspapers like the NYTimes haven't figured out how to make money off of the web yet. I am sure it is not the fault of something like a redesign but of larger forces beyond their control. I am so sorry to read this. Insideschools is such a wonderful resource - the city can't afford to let it go dark!</description>
