		<description>And NYC DOE finally released the districts' "Turning 5" orientation fair schedule, starting November 30 and running through mid December -- an important part of the ageing out process for children with IEPs who will be 5 in 2010. The updated version of the "Turning 5" guide is not yet ready but at least parents of preschoolers with IEPs should be getting info about these fairs now and try to attend...</description>
