Youth Job, Internship And Volunteering Expo

The Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) invites city youth ages 14–26 to register for and attend Youth J.I.V.E. at the Bronx Zoo to learn about all of the paid and unpaid positions available at the Bronx Zoo, Central Park Zoo, Prospect Park Zoo, Queens Zoo and New York Aquarium. WCS will also offer professional skill development workshops during the expo.

During the expo, 14- and 15-year-olds can learn more about WCS’s volunteer opportunities, while 16- to 26-year-olds can meet hiring managers and learn about the jobs, internships, and volunteer opportunities available at WCS facilities.

Go to the Youth J.I.V.E. webpage to register for either the morning session (11 a.m. – 1 p.m.) or the afternoon session (1 p.m. – 3 p.m.). Chaperones are required for students under the age of 16.
