The Downside

Little information available

PS 035, which serves around 270 K-12th graders, is located in three sites across Manhattan. Mainly, the student body is comprised of learners who have significant emotional or behavioral needs. According to the Comprehensive Education Plan (CEP), the attendance rate for the 2015-2016 school year was 64.8 percent. However, the quality of teaching is good according to the 2015 Quality Review.

The CEP also notes that the school has a variety of extracurricular programs. Some of the highlights include their girls basketball team and boys basketball team that both compete in the PSAL as well as their after school tutoring program.
