The Downside

Too soon to tell

PS 889 opened in September 2017 with pre-k and kindergarten classes, under the leadership of principal Kathryn Ryan Anderson, previously the assistant principal at PS 160 in the Borough Park section of Brooklyn. PS 889 will add a grade each year until it serves pre-k to 5. It shares a building with MS 890, another new school.
